is it unreasonable to ask for a face pic before a possible meet ??? i asked a guy yesterday for a face pic and he informed me i was being immature and to hung up on looks ? but surly you have to have a small idea if there might be a connection ? .... or maybe im just immature  |

I really want to see who I'm talking to after 3-4 messages. Whether they want to do this by picture or cam. Cam is obviously better as you know that's the actual person.
So, gosh no, you're not hung up on looks. You want to know if there's a chance of you feeling physically attracted to them, right?! |

Have to have a few msgs before a face pic but i have sent them as i also like to see who i am chatting with, also done a few coffee meets with out pics (ill be sitting under the big tree red shoes and red hand bag) adds a little excitement to the build up |

That's legitimate enough to be fair. We have never uploaded facepics to a swing site, you can't trust the site not being hacked or closing down unexpectedly with your personal data on their server.
But we always swap face pics by email very early on. It's a matter of trust, between couples at least. |

We were always reluctant to do this didn't trust internet ....but we never had a problem going on cam....
The only complaint we have about fab is the lack of private cams not sure why they don't have this facility....we would only send face pic to cpls |

I like a face pic after the first few mails. Let's both of you know if it's worth continuing to chat or not. You have to be attracted to someone to plan to meet them.
Is also good if their pic is less than a year old, some guys on here have been known to show pics from +10 years ago when they had hair, few wrinkles and were 5 stone lighter.
I would want to see a pic first but then have a social meet. After all if there is no attraction then there's no point. |

Everyone has their own method of how this site works for them. I don't send nor ask for face pic. But I don't think it's immature and hung up on looks to request one. Do what works for you. Each to our own. |

I used to have no problem with sending a face pic, but after chatting with a few ladies on here and seemingly getting on well with them, we agree to swap face pics, but they always insist that I send mine first and then when I do - they instantly block me! I'm no male model but I don't think I am that repulsive lol |

Agree buddy had the same issue. Think if you are asking for a face pic and you don't have one on ur profile you should at least have the decency to attach yours when asking for someone else's. |

I found there are more replies if face pics are sent with messages. Be weary enough sending pics in the first one or two messages but usually it's asked fairly quickly.
As someone above said there's no point wasting peoples time not knowing what you look like. If there's no attraction there's no spark. No point meeting for coffee if the female is expecting tom hardy and tom green turns up, and vice versa.
I'll be the first one to put my hand up and say I look awful in selfies but I'll send them on anyway. That way in person they get a pleasant surprise (so modest).
What ever way you prefer to send pics is up to yourself. On other sites I used send them by email myself. |

I think if you need to weight it up right at the start and if you feel you might like to meet a profile and they are in contact with you, a face pic near the start of correspondence can save each profile a lot of time.
time saved can be used productively elsewhere |

I posted a similar thread ... I am so sorry to say , but if a guy is not willing to email a face photo or go on cam, no matter how well we get on on paper so to speak, it would be no DATE! |
