Find all the people with more than one profile and delete the lot.
Make the chat rooms more streamlined.
Make the reporting procedure easier.
Put in a way to report abusive threads ie the Katiepuss one.
Make everyone be positive and nice for a day

I find the chat rooms very confusing. I would put the cams at the top and the chats down the bottom and a way to private message. There was another site I was in and it had great chat rooms |
