Loads a Easter egg hunting an chocolate filled tummys yet enough room best be left for my Easter dinner as been qualified chef it's a treat not too miss keep it simple roast leg of lamb with garlic clove rosemary an thyme some roast spuds in goosefat also creamy garlic potatoes I know I know garlic that's what toothpaste an mouthwash for haha cauliflower with cream cheese green lentil an asparagus an of course creamy spuds an homemade gravy from the juices ... Can't yet decide what I'd like for dessert  |

Heading to the Rebel Co so not sure what's on Sundays menu but I ve been off chocolate n all sweet things for lent so I will be tucking into lots of chocolate for dessert yum yum mmmm |

From a chef's point that's a lot of cream forget the creamy spuds and do fresh mint new potatoes instead.

So another chef doing the family dinner
We are having
Roasted Sweet potato and butternut soup flavored with cumin and chili
Roast turkey
Baked honey and mustard roasted ham
Chestnut stuffing and sage and onion stuffing
Buttered cabbage and peas
Cauliflower cheese
Honey roasted carrots and parsnips
Mustard mash
Roast potatoes
Gravy
Apple crumble and custard or Icecream and jelly for the babies
Easter eggs for all the children
And a bucket of red wine for me
First Easter I've not worked in 7 years so am looking forward to actually sitting down and enjoying my meal with the family

We are having a BBQ up the mountain with about 20 kids & 10 adults.
Should be fun, bbqing ribs, burgers & chicken & a few beers maybe Oh & I forgot the egg rolling!! |
