when you walk through the storm

hold your head up high

and dont be afraid of the dark

at the end of the night

theres a golden sky

and the sweet silver song of the lark

walk on through the wind

walk on through the rain

though your dreams be tossed and blown

walk on walk on with hope in your heart

and you'll never walk alone

you'll never walk alone

walk on walk on with hope in your heart

Do you honestly think that people will accept the findings of an enquiry. We all know what happened that day and lets be honest its a miracle it only happened once.

It's the 25th anniversary and there is currently a legal case going on to reveal the truth, that's why it's all over the news and a current topic of conversation with many. Hitzel or busby babe's wasn't controversial because there wasn't a cover up making out that the dead and other supporters were to blame for the deaths. So many people comment on the subject without knowing the full facts.

Are you seriously trying to say that Liverpool supporters had no cat or part to play in that disaster. Its a well known fact that Liverpool supporters would travel to all ticket matchs without tickets, they would try and barge gates to get into matchs, they had done it before. For that match they had an allocation of just over 20000 tickets and yet over 50000 fans turned up and rushed the gates at the terrace. There was lies told on the police departments side and that was wrong and for those that lost their lives in that tragedy it was horrific as they were the ones with tickets and in first but don't try and exonerate all the fans, who if truth be told were the worst in Europe at the time hence English teams getting a six wear ban from competitions all because of one clubs fans

The answer to your post will come, why do you think there are criminal proceeding being started against high ranking and lower ranking police officers after all these years. So many people don't know the truth.

I am not disrespecting the dead, it was a horrific tragedy what happened and awful for everyone involved but if the truth be told Liverpools fans played their part in that tragedy. That is not taking away from those that lost lives or disrespecting them, its telling the truth.

The fans were like any other fans wanting to see the club they followed all season win a trophey. It was all about crowd control and the officer in command not allowing the gates to be open, not allowing ambulances into the stadium even when they knew if the disaster and then allowing government and the press to portray it as being the fans to blame. It's all in the Hillsborough report online I suggest you read it before comment again

Liverpool fans were not like any other fans in the country following their team, They were the worst in Europe, they caused more trouble than any other fans, they travelled regularity in large numbers without tickets, They were a law upon themselves, Not all Liverpool fans were like this but that club had a larger element of this than any other club. I am not taking away from the tragedy that happened and not disrespecting the people that lost their lives and yes the authorities tried to cover up the inconsistencies of crowd control and their report was wrong but don't say amendment of the fans there were blameless

Sorry I'm quite passionate about this, I have counted to 10 took a deep breath and still come back and would ask you to read the Hillsborough report. Liverpool are not renowned as the Chelsea headhunters, West ham, Wimbledon crystal palace, read the report that's all I ask

They turned up to hillsborough without tickets, Greece in 2005 without tickets.

As for trouble Liverpool fans got English altar banned from playing in Europe for six years.

I never said they broke laws but said they were a law upon themselves, they rioted continuously in Europe, travelled without tickets in Europe.

Who mentioned percentages, I said they had a larger element of thugish fans than any other club.

There is not one thing there that can be argued. All fact

"And so there should be for their part in covering up but Liverpool have to accept the part that their fans played in this.

1. Putting us in that end of the ground When we outsold it

2. Opening up an outside gate and funnelling us into the centre pen.

3. Refusing to open side pens to allow fans to have more room

I could go on....lest we Forget

This is something I feel very strongly about and forgive me if my opinions offend.

Fact. 96 people died needlessly and it is/was a humanitarian tragedy.

Fact. there were a huge number of Liverpool fans that turned up without tickets

Fact. the catalogue of events and delays in transportation, could not have been forseen by Police that day and they did not have the strategies or technology to cope.

Fact. not one Police officer pushed, squashed, or trampled anyone to their death.

Fact. the 96 are the only true innocents, the fans must accept some culpability.

Fact. the rewriting of Statements by Police may not have been to alter the facts.

Fact. another inquiry will achieve/prove what? What if Police decided to take actions against the thousands of fans, who cumulatively caused the actual deaths??

Fact. Liverpool fans seem to think they are special, above all other fans, they can do no wrong....bollox, your history is atrocious

Wake up.....smell the Coffee, get on with life, sort out your Croxteth Crews and let the dead RIP

Fact. don't presume anything about what I have read, or not read. A 'report' is a personal opinion and holds no standing in law, it can only suggest and recommend. Quit looking for someone to blame, for blames sake....

Fact you know very little about looking for someone to blame then why did the police cover up hundreds of eye witness accounts including that if other police officers.

Don't start shite when your just a bitter twisted united fan who wants the blame to be held by the innocent. #JFT96

So have you read it?

The report holds every standing in law, why do you think the current tribunal has been brought, how come the police officers are being brought to account now because of what the report found?

The truth will come, in sure of that and you will eat your words.
