Yeah I am boasting but f**k it!!

This night last year I smoked my last cigarette, I can't recommend it enough to those trying or thinking of quitting. I am so much healthier than I was then and very proud even if I may so myself Ms. D

The e cigs are good . Deliver a hit of nicotine and no smelly clothes . However they don't seem to last that long.

Dunno, don't know anyone that uses one.

Some bars in UK reckon they've brought people back out drinking again. Only a matter of time before they're banned from the same places as real cigs.

Some bars in UK reckon they've brought people back out drinking again. Only a matter of time before they're banned from the same places as real cigs."

I think its Eire and Wales that are banning them from public places because they " normalise smoking"
