You can verify that he is who he is? Then why not!?...
I had the same thing a cpl of years ago, a good friend of mine joined up... I wouldn't verify him at first, but after some advice from 'whispers' then BOOM!

As long as you are only verifying him as the person in the pics he puts up and he's not a fake I don't see the issue with it. However I also see how some males on this site may take it as a sign he has some bi tendencies and by extension yourself. This can 've easily circumvented by both of you filtering out single males |

alright i may have jumped the gun a little just pointing out some of the pit falls as i seen them but u make a good argument if the "straight" bi guys read profiles which we know not all do as for the mates id ask myself do i want to fall out with him because he didn't show up to a meet or meets and others no fourm the opinion that maybe its a fake all points to be considered
