Hey dudes and dudettes I wrote created a thread earlier as some of you know about depression , Its one of those subjects thats good to talk about but can also be depressing obviously ha

So lets turn that frown upside down

Whats the happiest memory you have ? That one moment you recall when you were so exited or just super happy for whatever reason?

I don't have kids but the happiest moment was when I was babysitting my nephew and he took his first steps. He was so excited, starting running around almost immediately, kept on coming back to hug me... such a sweet moment
