Unfortunately it's so much easier said than done but it is doable and it's far better for you in the long run to let the shit go

I agree with laid.. Ya just have to let things go sometimes as they really aren't that big a thing when you get down to the nitty gritty.

Depends. It it was bad enough ... Write their name in your blood. When it dries laminate it ( protects it) and royally fuck them up at first available opportunity ( when you have your alibi sorted)

to to clarify the point of this thread: today somebody started a thread about something that obviously was eating them up inside and even tho they said the exact same things in txt they couldnt let it go and just had to put up a thread about it. so my point was to show that its better to let stuff just wash over you and not get bogged down with it as you will only drive yourself demented

It all depends on what "the stuff" is.....I tend to let some things eat away and then it's stand outta my way..I go full throttle and erupt....but it's good to let off steam too
