Not anger at all but sheer petrified that the people of the country have the wool pulled over their eyes for over 30 yrs to vote in one of these men time and time again. If you vote in a crook what do you expect him to do. Truly frightened at the whole situation |

"I don't mean a squeal then a giggle, I mean really terrifies you.
Spiders for me. I have a freakish schoolgirl terror of them. "
I'm the same! I can never understand it because my logical side says "wise up! it won't do you any harm" I'm into extreme sports that would scare the life out of most people, and yet I'm afraid of a wee spider lol How does that work? |

I feel your terror!
Saw a spider in the bedroom 4 hours ago, fled, sent Tarzan in to do his thing, he tells me he caught it & threw it out the window!!! Why not just kill it?
So, bedtime. He always leaves the glass out as if to say "don't forget what i did for you" but no glass??? I ask him where the glass is, he says he looked, couldn't find it so he just told me he caught it!!!!
& I couldn't even throw HIM out, onto the sofa 'cos it's still in the bedroom.
So I'm on the sofa. |

"Losing my other parent
Especially now getting older. .
My fear is death and dead bodies. Even writing the words gives me goosebumps. I can not go to the removals part of funerals. "
Mortality is a hard thing to come to terms with for a lot of people. Though now he's upstairs he's having some effect on anfield
honestly animals etc don't scare me, obviously i'm respectful of dangerous animals but not scared. My mum is scared stiff of rodents and my dad hated spiders. Growing up i saved mum from mice and dad from spiders |

Indeed he did, & the implication was that he did it & it cured him of his fear. However, the reasoning behind his action was what I was curious about as no one could make me hold a spider for love nor money, whether it would cure me or not. So I asked "is it a man thing" as the concept seems irrational to me.
Is that ok? |

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a 'man' thing. I think its a personality trait be it man or woman. The only thing I am frightened about is the one thing that we have no control over as its the inevitable. Yes loads of things I'm uncomfortable with e.g. heights, clowns, porcelain dolls, feet, flying, all of these I learn to tolerate but to say I'm frightened of them is an overstatement. |

Must be a man thing ...Mr Davie t always had a fear of spiders I always had to get rid of them but he went to a event and they had a guy there with snakes.lizards and yes spiders and he held a black widow in his hand took a pic to prove it he said he was fed up being afraid ....
I wouldn't necessarily say it's a 'man' thing. I think its a personality trait be it man or woman. The only thing I am frightened about is the one thing that we have no control over as its the inevitable. Yes loads of things I'm uncomfortable with e.g. heights, clowns, porcelain dolls, feet, flying, all of these I learn to tolerate but to say I'm frightened of them is an overstatement.
you could be right but i think women dont have the same need to prove anything to themselves.. why not??"
not sure i think its just one of the things that make us differant to men...... |

Have you seen that glass box stuck onto the outside of a skyscraper in Chicago? You step into the box so you can look back at the outside of the building...or all the way down 103 floors to the sidewalk. |
