A walk to commemorate the 96 Liverpool fans who died Hillsborough in Sheffield in 1989 has been organised for Dublin this saturday coming over 2000 going are you fellow redmen supporters attending it |

Same here. Was in Liverpool recently and there are references everywhere to the 96. |

We are trying to get down to it.... the organisers are asking everyone to wear red.....also, commemorative patches are being sold online and via all LFC stores for £2...the Liverpool FC players will have them on their jerseys for Sunday's game against Manchester City. ..it's going to be an emotional weekend. ...c'mon you reds!..do it for the 96......YNWA |

I was talking to a lifelong friend this evening who happens to support Utd. He said he hopes that Liverpool win it for the 96, they deserve it.
We are in Dublin on Saturday so we'll be there.

Was at the walk yesterday, some people walking beside us commented that the event wasn't very well publicised, I didn't bother to tell them how I found out about it.
They're obviously not fabbers.
