If your doing weights also... Just as dumbells, kettlebells..etc... Then as a previous mentioned...muscles are heavier than fat..the fat is turning to muscle.. My recommendation... Is just enjoy the excercise...and take a picture of yourself everyday for a month and then you will see the difference...
Never know i/we (members) might see you along side us in time to running marathons. |

Don't pay any heed to the weighing scales. Muscle is heavier than fat. If your clothes size is changing then thats definitely a good sign as it shows that your body shape is changing.
Mr runs half marathons, marathons and does kettlebell training. He doesnt even know his weight but doesnt obsess with it as he has very little body fat.
Keep up the good work |

Im a fitness instructer and my advice is to throw the weighing scales in the bin!!
If ur dress size is coming down just keep doing what ur doing!!
Ur just replacing the fat with muscle which weighs heavier but is tighter thus the dress size drop!!
Keep it up hun just stay what ur doing and dont fall off the wagon xxx |

Your not going wrong at all if anything u are doing very well.,don't use the scales use the mirror..if your toning up (dropping dress sizes) then your building muscle
Look up a FAT V MUSCLE on google images and look at the size difference..same weight different size

Yeah well done for dropping the clothes size I don't think the weight is overly a worry because it's going to fluctuate anyways depended on time of day etc etc. If the clothes size is going down then you must be getting fitter so go you. Your exercise routine must be working. |

You will put on 2 to 4 lbs of muscle max, so it you lose 2 to 4 lbs of fat your the same weight but your body will be more toned. The muscle you have put on will help burn more fat when u exercise. Fat does not turn to muscle or vice versa, just keep exercising and changing what u do every 3/4 weeks, you will not put on anymore muscle as you dont have enough testosterone in women to do this, so keep working hard and well done |

Muscle is twice as heavy as fat. U need muscle to burn fat even when u not exercising. I'm a big guy. 18 stone. Lost a stone in last 12 weeks cos I put up a half stone at the start. Keep with it curvy. Do Hiit. High intensity interval training. Burns fat n creates muscle |

Are u eating alot of fruit?? If u are then try cut out the fruit and replace with vegetables. Eg raw carrot and tomatoes for snacks I have come across loads of people who have taken my advise and seen amazing results. It goes without saying you should reduce carbs and increase exercise |

Your not going wrong lol If your weight is staying the same and your dresssizes are going down then thats a sign your body composition is changing, meaning ur likely gaining muscle mass and losing body fat.. which is what you should be focused on not total weight loss |

So much miss information in here i don't know where to start lol Technically you don't have to cut anything from your diet. It's all about calories in v calories out. However it's obviously important to choose the right foodssso you can consume less calories whilst also getting more nutrition from the food and keeping you full for longer! If you want advice, mail me! Too much info to post here and no doubt it will lead to some know it all arguing with me lol |

"If your exercising then the weight will turn to muscle but it will all level out in time. Don't worry about it "
Fat does not turn to muscle or vice versa. They are two different tissue types.
You can loose fat, which is full of water and build muscle which is tight and smaller.. |
