Right need to have a rant theres a Cpl profile that has a pic of me and well the fem of the Cpl her legs are shown but all my body full shot is on it why would they put it up as it has nothing to do with there profile way I see it its a misleading pic have told admin so awaiting a reply would would ye say if it was a pic of you ?? |

Did u mail them? I'd go mad I had someone mail me last week sayin someone was usin my pics from here i can't find the profile on there tho but it's drivin me mad knowin someone was doin that don't no y they do they gonna meet the person and say hey ye no that wasn me in the pic |

Think they should ve asked your permission particularly to have as their profile pic. If used as part of gallery think they should ve still asked and agreed before hand with you. Its very misleading to have as a profile picyes k couple as well. . . . .

interesting which profile did u say again 
its hard to manage who uses ur pic if it was taken on their cam as they can upload it to the site saying its them and hard for admin to regulate that, but a mail to say we would like to post this pic would probably being the way to go  |

Two points, when the pictures were taken did you ask them not to use it in any public way and were you given copies. Now if you have copies and you haven't given given them permission to use it I think that you would be well within your right to publish their pictures on your profile. Maybe someone on the forum who know the other couple would put themselves forward as a mediator. |

I agree, but its obvious from this thread that they won't take it down, I am sure someone who are friendly with them can have a quite word on your behalf. After all we are all adults not kids in a school yard. |

A bit like 'let the buyer beware' I think.
If you allow a pic of you to be taken then be prepared for its publicity.

From what you describe, it sounds like the picture could be misconstrued, with people thinking that you are the lady from the couple.
This I would have a problem with, as it is misleading, especially as a profile pic. |

Tell them to get it off!!!!I would be fumming if anyone done that on me and yes the main pic should be the fem of the couple not you!!!You would have thought that when you met them they would be respectfull...i saw their status yesterday and they are nasty nasty.... |

you should be able to get it removed...if we ever took pics i wouldnt dream of putting it up unless i ok'd it with the other person...dont understand what their problem is...and admin should help... |
