I never sleep in the afternoon but I did today. Untill my daughter came home and shook me so much I woke up and started crying.
Sleeping in the afternoon done me no favours
I feel more tired .

I love a nap in the afternoon, it's worse now the weather is warmer & the heating is on late afternoon so the window is open, desk, head just resting while I type.....zzzzzz! |
