My irregular shifts are kind of bringing me down at the moment. I find it really hard to keep the work/life balance when I have to change sleeping, eating times etc so often.
I guess especially when I work late.... it takes a few hours to wind down and being able to sleep, which means I will sleep to late to do much in the mornings.
It's kind of affecting my mojo now... my libido has gone down a bit I think.
Has anyone else weird shifts and how do they manage?

Depending on shift pattern it's hard to get a routine going. I'm lucky only do 2 nights in a row so it's easy to get back to a normal sleep pattern it's just like 2 late nights out. Have done longer runs of nights and that's very hard to recover from. Week of nights would kill me now luckily health and safety says that's a non runner |
