eat clean ... if u dont like tye fym pick up a sport concentrate on building a strong core (pilates is unreal for this) once u have a decent core everything else is easier to work on |

bjj is great for core work too I do mma and boxing (when im noy lazy lol) everyone wants that 6pack and the thing is everyone has one !! do core work to build it up a bit but if u wana see it u have to burn the fat infront if it and tge only way to do that is DIET and CARDIO |

Well for me I like to 'mix' it up a little...
During the day I work on the lower body!
3-5 half marathons a week (depending on time limits)...
Definitely rest up for 2 days.
Night times I work on upper body,
Basically the arms and chest!...
Left arm - raise a glass to Arthur
Right arm - use your imagination!

interval training speeds up yur metabolism,short burst of excercise tht really gets yur heart rate up is much better than doing say an hour of jogging at the same pace |

At the moment i am alternating between Crossfit and my own program. The crossfit is fantastic for toning, shredding and stamina. High octane interval workouts.
My own would then be kinda cardio. At the moment it is
800m at 12kph
50 walking lunges
800m
50 push ups
800m
50 sit ups
800m
50 oblique crunches
800m
50 squats
Its cool, hard and refreshing |

I've often ment to ask if it's harder to put weight on than to loose it ? I'm 6ft 2 and 12.5 st , I can get away with eating all sorts of crap without putting on an ounce lol I don't work out at all but do work outdoors and in a physical line of work .

I am 5"11 and 16st but my body fat is 19% which is not bad. We are all built differently man. Its life but its hard.
Up your calorie intake with good calories like additional brown pasta, etc and do explosive work outs like high weight super sets. That may help but its hard to gain weight if you are built that way

well Ive just kicked the smokes after 20 years so I've resolved to dig up a bicycle and start with that just to free up the lungs a bit lol
I've been listening to some of the shave or dye story's on the radio and I have to say it's realy made me think about the benefits of some sort of exercise and a change in lifestyle !! |

If u want to put on weight eat lots of small meals in day.instead of 3 big ones
Same if u want to lose weight.lots of smalker meals

I run 5 times a week totalling 35 to 40 miles including. Strength and conditioning class twice a week. Give bootcamp class twice a week if anyones interested. |
