we are hosting a m/g get together in waterford city aiming for the 28 of june 2014 this will date will be confirmed at the end of the week to see how many numbers we get.... this event is in a hotel and they have agreed on special room/dinner rates for the party they are as follows
B&B is €50.00 per person sharing
Wine & Dine is €24.50 PER PERSON (3 COURSE MEAL INCLUDING A BOTTLE OF WINE – WINE BETWEEN 2)
We would have live music in the bar on that date also and can reserve an area for you or we can accommodate your group in the resturant...
all must member wishing to go must be well vertified again this is to be confirmed depending on numbers who may wish to attend get those names in everyone  |

knickers that date might change to april or may depending on 2 venues to get back to me il keep the fourm updated of any changes but it will be sooner im trying me hardest to get for april |

Should at least cater for newbies or people with no verifications to a certain number (30 or so)
Every party or meet and greet has newbies we were all there once

guys girls couples when i mean vertified i mean by at least photo vertified some one here for years no photos no photos vertifications i dont think they should really get an invite as u all stated its a way to meet people and thats what im trying to organize here its for people to connect with us waterford heads and surrounding areas its open to anyone who wishes to go the date is still not confirmed yet i wanna see who many would want to go im trying to arrange for a dj also so get the numbers an invites in to me soon as i know i can go ahead and start booking |

my mistake i ment to say photo vertified u are correct of what ur saying and thats why im organizing this is to get people together face to face and have fun and a laugh so im trying to see how many would be willing to go or are my just wasting my time an effort but i ment photo vertified |

update will be up 2moro when the event manager at the vunue gets back to me this will be no longer be held on in june abit far away but keep the comments coming in everyone the more the better i can promise u if i get the right numbers we are gonna have great night thats for sure so keep them coming spread the word new post going up 2moro when i confirm the date xxxx |

short update the party will be held in may some time just searching for the right date without clashing with other partys around ireland or surrounding areas there will be also a dj on the night for all u deadly dancers but make sure u get those invites in on the next post there will be a slight fee to cover for the room and dj any funding left will be raffled off on the night so spread the word everybody waterford is going to be rocking in may |
