I was fearful for the future of music on some of these responses, but a few 'redeemers' came through there...
This week, I are mostly listening to:
Heartattack & Vine - Tom Waits
Exile on Main Street - Rolling Stones
Rumours - Fleetwood Mac
Ok Computer - Radiohead
The Fat of the Land - Prodigy
Different Class - Pulp
...though this list is subject to change at the drop of a hat. |

If you'd read the posts you nugget I never said I was a music expert. Music is a huge part of my life... so much so that I'm selective and only listen to what I think are special artists to me |

This is not aimed at anyone but I hate when people are judgemental over what music you listen to. Be it One Direction or Mozart noone else is in a position to criticize your listening habits. I personally don't think there is such a thing as bad music. Each to our own. |

Well, I've been listening to a lot of contemporary Australian prog rock of late, but I doubt anyone here would be interested.
There have been some great classics mentioned already...but has no one mentioned The Beatles?? really?? No Sgt Peppers??
So i'll go back to my metalhead youth and mention some of the following:
Metallica - Master Of Puppets
Pantera - Far Beyond Driven (everyone picks Vulgar Display Of Power but I think song for song FBD betters it)
Megadeth - Rust in Peace
Thin Lizzy - Live & Dangerous (their ironically not-so-live album sounds better than most of their recorded works)
and for the electronic/dance genre I still think The Prodigy's debut is still their best. |

Way too many to mention. Loved The Stone Roses debut as it reminds me of the bleary eyed haze of my youth. Still love it today.
Muddy Waters After The Rain reminds me of a smokey bar I used to go to. Full of strange smells and strange folk
