Unfourntelty my last two planned meets have not gone quite how I had imagined as both had cancelled by way of not getn back in touch how common is this |

I doubt the meet was ACTUALLY planned though alot of the very busy people here say stuff like yeah sure we'll meet next week but they probably mean yeah maybe Im interested but its not setnin stone.
Nothing is ever set in stone in life (especially here) lots of busy networking going on here so much that some find it hard to keep track what was said to who.

It is very common . The secret is good communication on the run up the meet . A bit like foreplay , gets the juices flowing and if it really doesn't suit the other person you will be able to tell if they are serious . So don't say I'll meet you next week and expect them to do all the running it's 2 way. If you don't communicate the day before or on the same day then you can be sure the meet is cancelled as they have probably got a better offer . I know it sound like a bit or ground work but it makes for a more successful meet .

I do and I don't. Most of my shows I have contacted before. Ffs one guy I was texting as he was allegedly Enroute to me and then tried to say he had knocked on my door but go no reply. When called out on it he eventually came clean and said he ha f chickened out. |
