and I got sand up my arse after a sea swim ... but hey GREAT to see the sun(and shirt skirts) coming back out

funny enough, a lot of highly respected doctors have been saying recently that if we dont get a turn of good weather, we're due to see some health problems showing up, not crappy ewww i dont feel well, but serious cases as we havent had teh sun that our actual bodies require
