6 or 7 years ago I got a 30euro petrol voucher as a birthday gift
The gift itself was great but would have been so much better if I had a car to put it into or any vehicle  |

My mum used to give us the presents from the year before if it hadn't been used once got the same present 4 years running. Lol. It was a model making kit. Lol. |

Was a mistake when it was first got my brother bought it from argos thought it was an a alarm clock he was as shocked as I was when it was opened lol |

First xmas I came over here which would have been about 20 years ago, my sister wrapped our presents before we went through security at the airport. Wondered why they kept putting it through the machine and asking if we knew what was in it. It was a water gun......never been so embarrassed.  |

For my birthday one year I got a box of crackers, a pack of baby nappies and a bar of rock from my friends. No idea why.
When I first went to live in England had a house warming party, all my husbands friends got together and decided to buy the same presents. Toilet roll, I thought it was an English thing. Excellent present we never had to buy toilet roll for a whole year |
