I always struggled with self confidence due to being a larger fella.....have lost 4 and a half stone over the past 18 months I am quite pleased with my size now I lost the belly that held me back for years im not "super skinny" nor do I want to be but I am normal weight now. My prob is I still think like "the old me" im very self conscious in every way. Any course or on-line sites to help with this prob ???? Serious replies please and thank you

Hey

A friend in Work has this book he got in Canada and it helped him immensely.

I think it was for a back trouble he had but the book itself was a mind over matter.

He was crippled for years and the doctors couldn't do anything for him and now he is fine and back playing rugby.

Essentially he keeps a diary of sorts and rights stuff down but when he told me about it is as much about self confidence as well as anything as it is mind over matter.

I'll get the name of the book and private mail you if you wish.

May not be any good but could be ?

Up to you..

Meath

Congratulations in your weight loss.

You need to remember you are not just the size of your body. You are a good person. Be kind to others, be positive. Pick one thing every day to be grateful for. Make goals, not just weight loss or physical ones, education, fitness, health.

Believe in yourself, be yourself.

I've a link I'll pm you.

Listen to it 3 or 4 times a week

Well done I'm on the weigh loss journey and this year will change my life. I've already had two amazing things happen and it's only February.
