As promised the swap shop is now open. The object of this thread is to aid those who are unable to meet because of distance.

Any swaps are made directly with the other members and not through the organisers. Good luck

Well we are willing to meet 10 reserves over the space of 14 days so 5 this week an 5 the following but perfare to give the waterford or guys who can travel to waterford a chance to meet an have a coffee or tea maybe more but they have to be willin to travel as we hav no car or transport

But if blocked they won't be able contact at all ! And in some cases the two party's would be better off not meeting. It be unfair then cause of personalities or whatever they get banned from the next one ?

I agree but the whole point behind it is to meet different people. I have been drawn against smokers and still plan on having coffee, also ones that are out of my age range. That is the nature of the draw, otherwise it would be a matchmaking service

People need to remember the S's is a work in progress rules maybe be changed and repeat no shows will not be entered we are maybe aiming for a provincial one for Valentine's any questions message myself curvy cat or georgianna

That is why we have the swap shop this time. I have over fifty on my blocked list. If you have a reason for blocking them that stands. And something like that will be taken into account. The main reason is because no contact after initial contact is made by one party, or giving a dodgy reason just to get out of it. There is no point entering if you have no intention to meet. And that is the main reason. I was asked to do the draw on Saturday and since then I have been sorting peoples meet problems out and listening to what is being said

I think the easiest would be to discount for the next draw the ones that don't contact their draw unless they are blocked. Why enter if you you not willing to meet? I'm just thinking of the guys that didn't get a chance that might have been genuine

Well looks like everyone is having lots of fun on there dates I am glad. Pity some of the guys who put their names forward for meets are not so interested in meeting their drawn partners. Maybe next time they will be on the reserve list to give others a chance.
