Through there own website is where I booked mine..it's booked and pay later
We were there for the last party
Arrived on the Friday and given the key to our room ,get to the room to find the lock broken so went back to reception and got moved to another room, arrived to that room it was Baltic in there so rang reception and said the room is freezing "it's because the storm last week has played havoc with our system" moved to a third room which was lovely and warm
Woke up Sunday in the horrors from the night before and went for a shower to find it was broke (was working on the sat before we went out)
Went to check out and they asked how was your stay so the partner told him how it was and all credit due to the staff who could not do enough to help us instead of charging 160€ for the 2 nights only charged 60€..moral of the story
Don't pay for your hotel before u stay there as there is no way they would have refunded the money instead it's easier to just not charge us..
See he all there and we might need your showers on the Sunday morning this time around

We booked into Carlton same time for Fri Sat and Sun. Got to the room...no heating...rang reception and they already knew about it...offered a heater....Cheeky went to soak in a bath..no hot water...so staff brough hot water up in ice buckets lol...Sat morning we complained to reception and asked for an upgrade...got moved to an executive suite with apoligies...staff were very helpful...on booking out...we were only charged for two days...Happy days Carkton see u soon

I used travel republic but they had a deal on and paid on arrival. We also had problems with the shower as in the water was lukewarm at best. On check out they refunded us half the room charge, so if you pay the hotel you can still get some money back |
