and once again another post hijacked by a few looking to have a chat amongest themselves, which should be done in the chat room. yes he shouldnt have put up the thread about leaving , but he got some responces saying he should get involved in the fourm , he does that and some people decide to totally ignore his post and just chat between themselves. like what has been said on other post , if u have nothing constructive to say about a post , dont say anything. the post might not be meaniful to ye but it is to him , so have a bit of respect guys  |

CJ is right. He, so far, has missed an opportunity to get involved, to get chatting, to show his personality and character. If the guy wants a woman or a cpl to meet him he would need to show a little more of himself don't you think. The opportunity is still there.....the thread is still alive......hopefully he will put a bit more into it than simply asking if anyone will meet him! Personally speaking that would not be enough to make me think I'd like to meet him. |

We did say he was wrong to put up post about leaving. He puts up another post to which 2 people only actually reply to the post saying he should apoligise for threating to leave and the other saying he should leave and come back and he might get an answer , both which were honest comments with a bit of humour attached and to which he possibly should have commented on , but thats up to him , maybe he is not online as often as everyone else or maybe he just choose not to respond , either way its up to him . All other comments on the post have nothing to do or say about the post he put up.As regards the fourm police there are mods on fab the same as there is on every other site to keep an eye on what is been said and to close a post if they want . We ant mods or fab police. Were just ordinary people who made an honest comment about a post . And judging by ur comments its looks to us like u think that anyone that puts a comment that is not to ur liking is classed as fourm police |

I'm agreeing with CJ that the guy has so far missed an opportunity to get really involved but as you say maybe he isn't online as often as the rest of us....fair point. That being the case it would be even more important that when he is online and if he is sincere about his quest to meet someone that he puts in the effort needed. As you see both CJ and myself and I'd say others too have no problem in posting more seriously when the opportunity arises. |

Nowhere have I agreed with CJ on the subject of the police forum. I specifically pointed out I agree with his point that the chap; for whatever reason, is missing an opportunity to show himself more to people and thereby increase his chance of someone deciding they would like to meet him which is his aim after all. |

That being the case it would be even more important that when he is online and if he is sincere about his quest to meet someone that he puts in the effort needed. As you see both CJ and myself and I'd say others too have no problem in posting more seriously when the opportunity arises.

I hold my hands up and say yes this thread was hijacked. However if you look at the original posters green arrow to see his previous threads, he has put up several posts like this which has had very little response. Only two or three times has he participated in other threads. If he us having no luck with threads like this maybe he needs to change his approach in the forums and get more luck with Cavan ladies that way. |
