Well everyone... what do you hope to change, improve on, for 2014 ?
in vanilla world I'm finally going on that diet
in Fab world i'm going to be even more bold

Focus more on my work
This lifestyle definitely effects my work
But its an intriguing life, dont drink/smoke so we all need some out ball and these random road trips do it for me
So maybe less road trips and more focus on work |

Well I really want to go to a party some time, so that's my main resolution, and I'm doing a lot of travelling around Ireland north and south next year so I'll maybe get to meet a lot of my Fab friends |

But I think I need to do 1 before I'll have a chance at 2."
Stick with it... not all the women on here are looking for gym bodies.....believe me |

Sadly this is not the case
Definitely most people do NOT go for personality...
Unfortunately too many people judge the book by it's cover only and never take the time to get even slightly beyond that!
Now having said that i have been really lucky and i've met some really FANTASTIC people on here so long may the fun continue

So my resolution was to get the old diet kicked off, and then I read that not everyone want's a gym body. There is a god after all
But I do need to get a bit of weight off, and get some excerise in as well (but I think I will do that the normal way I don't think forking out a fortune for gym membership is for me) I also intend to use this a bit more as my shift patterns will change in the new year so I stand a better chance of actually getting some more time to myself |

u shud get in shape for yurself!!not for anyone else!its yur health!u dont need top go to the gym to be healthy,i do workouts at hme,sum of them i got of youtube and they work!i didnt spend a penny |

high intensity interval training for about 20 mins a day (if yur a beginner) and then an hr a day when u get used to it!do tht about 4 times a wk and watch yur diet and the weight will fall off u!speaking frm experience! |
