what can i say these e cigs do work a week today off the smokes its amazing me off the smokes an i dont miss them anyone eles on the same how are u finding them... i did try the patches 2 years ago an my god they just made me depressed an i never gave them up but these e cigs really work even my nan is on them smokin wha 60 a day an she has not smoked in 3 months are they a good thing like health wise whats in them.  xxx |

Im not a smoker but did see a doctor on TV 3 discussing them one day. Seemingly they are not regulated so they vary from brand to brand. They have nicotine in them but amounts vary depending on which brand you use. According to the doctor they are a better alternative to cigarettes but you are still inhaling nicotine and what ever else is in them so if you can quit altogether its healtier. I know the main dealer of the E - cigs in Ireland and is main recommendation is not to buy the one that you refill your self as the amount you refill is not exact and extremely dangerous as you could take the equivalent of 20 ciggies in one breathing. So make sure to buy the right quality or it is worst than cigarettes.

welll i have to say im finding them really well even after fun hehe an im a person that smokes like a chimney lol im very proud of myself up the e cigs heads lol |

which one are u using cos i go one for 7 euro and i hated the aftertaste and cudnt use it |
