What about those who travelled to Dublin and paid for accommodation to be part of this "night".
Sounds like more details were needed and better planning. Nobody knew anyone and couldn't be approached by the sounds of it. The pub was very busy so meeting there was not the brightest idea. Perhaps meet somewhere open and have a certain question to ask so they'd know who is who perhaps? |

Carnation was Oscar Wildes code for attracting fellow gay men in his day. Lol
The modern day gay/bisexual symbol is a ring on your right hand for men. Pick a place like O Connell street or the park close by or something. The meet
Clearly didn't work anyway last night so making fun of suggestions isn't fair eh? |

Thanks for that,,,im no expert on gay etiquiet,,appreciate the info, but i dont think oconnell st or the park would be ideal due to the incliment weather, i still think opened shirted in a pub would be best.... |

Damn'd if I know how to dress now going out as thought impressing the ladies was hard enough now it seems wearing a ring on 2nd finger in on both hands gives such a mixed message I'm with you n wearing none to be sure till find out what finger is flavour of the bum brigade |

The right hand 3rd finger is the one for men attracting men. Google it if you think I'm messing. |

silly question, carljames. you know what happened! lol
Sure, the location wasn't great and I knew that when it was suggested. But hey, I was in the area anyway and it all turned out ok in the end! Well, for me anyway ha!
I just hope no one travelled to Dublin especially for it and I'm sorry to have missed the 2 people I'm aware of who were there earlier on and weren't able to find anyone. |
