I've just been looking at the numbers online in Ireland..
200 men
21 women
59 couples
Given that the numbers in the population in general aren't that dramatically different, does this say more about men or women? Is it that men are just over horny, or are women just not as interested in sex? Maybe it has nothing to do with interest in sex at all? |

At the risk of looking like I'm making sweeping generalisations and opening myself to a barrage of abuse....
I think the majority of women who join a swinging site do so because they're interested in swinging. I think a large proportion (not all!) of the men who join do so because the think the women on a swingers site will have no standards and be an easy lay cos sure we're all easy and would shag anything. Right? 
The amount of "user no longer on site" would hint at them being a little disappointed

I'd say you're not completely wrong, but possibly a lot of men think that the women in here might be open to the possibility of having sex, rather than thinking they're just an easy option. That may say something about the women who aren't on the site, or is it just that they have standards, and men don't? I don't really believe that. |

the real reason i joined here is as i dont go out as much as i used to i dont get to meet guys tht much,i wudnt really say im a swinger,im only really on here to meet guys,i think a lot of the men on here think tht just cos yur a woman on a sex site u wud shag anything!maybe sum women mite but i certainly wudnt!i like the social side too,meeting ppl and having a laugh  |

also guess most men here actually do believe its a sex dating site and do expect that girls are easy.
I also believe there is a huge number of male who signed up and figured it is not that easy at all.
sites like this attract men in general, esp. the shy ones who like the anonymous effect of it, they can "talk" to women here they would never do in reality.

If men want easy sex the can call a call girl. I would agree that men Do join here expecting to send a message like, like to fuck. And the can get a meet up straight away. but you find that after a few weeks the get the message and leave. The men that stay are here because the want NSA fun and the know if the make contact with a woman she wants the same as long as. The fancy each other, their is chemistry and company is fun. I have met woman that had coffee with me and did not want anything else and that is fine, everyone has the right to say no, I have met some woman and felt the same. I think less woman join because of the risks of meeting guys, can be very daunting. The only thing that puts me off here is the fake profiles. The great thing about here is we all know why we are here and it is a matter of matching up. |

There are people here who have verified each other saying that they have met, when they haven't. It's a straight swap, and it's quite common. |

we are also members of another site and people from there told us to join this one and since some of them are also members here and we had met them , they had no bother in verifying us here , and we have met some lovely fun people since then and will hopefully will meet some more   |
