Will TV3 struggle to stay afloat?

Surely times are going to be tough for TV3 with UTV announcing a new channel in Ireland from 2015. TV3 will lose all their flagship shows.

Every station has flagship shows. The term refers to the main shows that bring viewers which in turn bring in revenue from advertisers during advert breaks. Just because you don't like these shows doesn't make them 'yellow pack'.
