that's one thing I can,t take when I have a hangover is water it leads to watery burps which leads to the big white telephone lol too much info there I know lol |

works for me but then i will always drink a few pints of water before bed seems to lessen the dehydrated effect
the only time i like vanillia does that work cj I have vanilla too.

My head hurts!! Pub lock in's always seem like a good idea at the time!!
Remedy - bacon buttie, tea, water, choc, crisps, sofa, movies preferably western with John Wayne or black & white with Cary Grant/Audrey Hepburn. Later a pile of chicken wings to throw into oven!  |

this sounds odd but it works!! now b4 u start drinking put a spoon ful of salt in a glass of water and knock it bak,if u cant do tht make sure u put lots of salt on yur food tht day,if u remember b4 u go to sleep put a spoon ful of salt in water or beer and drink it,next morning u will have no headache!!it really works! |

That is odd....does salt not soak up fluids and dehydrate you? Which would make a hangover worse? |

no genius lol,u get a headache frm a hangover cos the salts in yur body are gone frm peeing a lot,therefore making sure u have extra salt in yur body yur replacing the salts u have lost,salt wud only make u more dehydrated if u were to eat loads of it! |
