Most sti have v little side affects but I think like us all u should get it checked no harm in goin to a clinic to get all clear

A pain in your lower back is the most common back pain so I wouldn't worry about it 2 much, you probably just pulled something, pardon the pun!!

it may not be an sti but more likely sii
