Some hotels in Dublin do, and they're extremely good value for daytime hours.

Think Ireland is a long way off our Brazilian counterparts where u pay hourly for city center rooms, some with jacuzzis and wet rooms!!!..anyone for Rio 2014???

Days used to do room from 10am to 4pm called it a day room booking I believe. Not sure if they still do it tbh
