Thanks guys!! I used the help of patches for the first 3 months and its only now that I am have days where I dont think of them..!
Fresh breath in the morning is Fab!!

ecigs for me, i gave up for months then accidently started again, got another ecig (a better one) and am now about 3 weeks. its the only method thats worked for me so far (even though i slipped back once) |

im using one of them at the moment but the after taste is horrible and i keep reaching for a fag  |
