Get used to it if you work in a shop. Its no way they should be treated like that but its the way things have gotten. Unfortunately some people have no manners |

The general public as a rule can be very rude, I worked for a telecommunications yrs ago and I had been called every name under the sun threatened you know it
We was always told the customer is always right, but when you have screaming offensive words and threatening behaviour how the fuck can the customer always be right.
I sometimes feel sorry for people dealing with the general public as its hard going |

I'm 100% with you on this, but cashiers can be really rude too. Our local centra has a few who don't even look at you while serving, and won't respond to a friendly greeting with more than a grunt. Drives me mad. |

i deal with the public and believe me i cud write a book about sum of the crap u get!its hard to have to bite yur tongue all the time! |
