Difficult to choose, so many ace ones!

The late 90s' was a golden age for classic nicktoons/cartoon network shows though.

Fingermouse is a British children's television programme made by the BBC in 1985. It is a spin-off of the earlier series Fingerbobs. The first episode was broadcast on 4 November 1985 on BBC1. The eponymous star was a paper finger puppet in the form of a mouse, who would play various musical instruments with the help of Iain Lauchlan, called the Music Man. Fingermouse also went adventuring outside, interacting with other paper puppets.

Top cat was my favorite..

Captain pugwash was one I remember as it had a character in it that was called Seaman Stains. The writers had a strange sense of humor as this was made for kids...

But hey for modern cartoon SBSP can't be beat.

Dangermouse is still great and full of innuendo- David Jason as Penfold is superb

Rugrats (little after my time), Superted and Bananaman are all great too though bit more innocent!
