for any technical ppl out there recently a guy opened a wee satalie place across the street from were i live , he does satalite internet , aerials , it solutions etc etc but fucking thing is every since it opened my interenet is shot to shit connection wise lol would it be him doing it ? |

He is probably taking all of the band width by serving the satellite through the internet. If you contact your provider they will check out your internet speed and give you an idea of what has gone on... Go to www.broadbandspeedchecker.com and that will give you an idea of what speeds you are getting, try at different times of the day... If that fails get your local IT guy around to have a looksee, that's me by the way Promise to be totally professional and not treat it like a porno lol |

Your ISP will ask you to perform a speedcheck at various tomes of the day to see if they can pinpoint the congestion but they are far from helpful sometimes... |

Depends on your bband package & his setup...could be congestion on the line due to his business...Check your line speed when the shop is closed to see if it impoves & then check it when he's open. Search 'broadband line speed test' in google. |
