Ok this could just be me being paranoid, but I always am quite wary if I am chatting to someone who is quite new and they ask me a lot of questions about the site, meets etc. I am very careful who I give info out to anyway but sometimes I wonder , when they want to know lots of things like why I joined the site etc. Fair enough if you have been chatting for a while and it is a natural flow of conversation but I do have my suspicions at times. |

Dead right to be causious.
It's also only natrual for someone new to be curious about the site.
It's getting the balance, some questions do help start a chat is fine but it should not be all questions about the site.
Some of using the site is finding stuff out for yourself. |

Have had a few newbies MSG and ask questions on how to best meet and the pitfalls and the like then when you give them a few pointers and tell them that there are a few fake profiles out there and to be careful who you correspond with next thing their profile states user no longer on site !! ... |

Yeah I can relate to that like asking questions
"Why did u join the site" or wat are hoping to get from it. Its kinda of putting off when u get asked that. |

lol, does my head in like, or the ones you dont reply to cos they are fishing, hoping they get the hint, then get another message with more questions. And people gurn about being blocked like. Some need a sledgehammer to take the hint on here lol.  |

Always light to help out a newbie as I was once there but there's only so much U can do the rest they have to experience for themselfs

Well if I find the conversation interesting I will chat away, but can't always answer mail straight away after I have read it or sometimes I just forget to, but my point is I find probing questions from people I have never talked to slightly suspect, however I may just be a paranoid weirdo |
