About 6 weeks ago I finally decided to do something about my weight and eating habits as they were really unhealthy. I've tried losing weight many times before but could never shift it. I'm not on a diet as I knew that wouldn't work for me but what I have done is cut out take away, soda and eating junk during the week, cheat day is either a Saturday or Sunday. I eat less carbs and more protein as a don't want to lose muscle mass. I run 3 days a week, I'm a trainer for a soccer team so do everything they do 3 times a week. Weight myself this morning and I'm down 19.2 lbs. Really proud of myself. The plus side is I don't feel like I'm denying myself foods that I like which means that I've stuck to being good.

Bring plenty of clothes to suit all weather conditions. Take plenty of water on board if you're drinking alcohol in hot weather. Any liquids over 100ml stick them in your check-in bag.

Oh, wait...

Start doing some weights will even speed it up more. Heard once that only way to loose belly Faye was to lose other body fat first

Good advice 😂 I tried on a suit I've barely worn 3 weeks ago for an upcoming wedding & it didn't fit, I was afraid to close the waistcoat for fear of the buttons going pop pop pop 😂 3 weeks on & it's very close to fitting, like has been said cut most of the junk, preparing my lunches at home, upping the protein intake & using the weights I got during lockdown but had hidden under the bed has all helped

Well done, simple changes can make such a difference. No doubt you'll be rocky that suit and waist coat for the wedding
