"Outside of sex, what do you guys do for cardio? What tips do you have for others? Do you recommend an exercise?"
Heavy skipping rope , boxing round timer app , sprint during the 30 second break,Spotify on the earbuds , do that for for 20 mins |

Love cardio. I start every workout with 10+ minutes on the elliptical. 9 minutes of good intensity, keeping it under 160 bpm, then the last minute pushing intensity to the max and going se hard as I can, full bore, balls to the wall intensity.
Then stretches, weights, shower. |

I couldn't possibly confirm nor deny that fact.......but running clubs have definitely become more "social" since I started 15yrs ago  |

I do metabolic conditioning.
60 seconds of cardio (row, run, bike) - full throttle. Followed by 50 reps of any weight based exercise. Repeat 10 times moving to different muscle group.
Burn insane amount of calories during workout and for a couple days after !! |
