Its answering myself back that scares me......
It could just be a Gemini thing or maybe I really am an egotistical, narcissistic, schizophrenic, nocturnal omnivore.
But unless I open another account on fab at least I can't answer myself back on the forums.
But then I don't necessarily need to do that as there are more than enough people on here who are more than willing to do that for me.....
Maybe I should add paranoid to the list...

All day everyday. It’s bizarre to me that some people don’t have an internal monologue.
It’s mostly rehearsing conversations that will prob never happen  or messages I need to send but also general day to day stuff. |

I suffer from anhedonia and aphantasia and that restricts my inner monologue.
I struggle to imagine situations that haven't happened and it's very rare that I would talk to myself beyond what I said above about calling someone a cunt or something similar just in the moment as it happens.

Everyday
1. On long drives, sometimes I might even have a passenger beside but end up muttering to myself , find me easier to talk to !!
2. at home wife often asks me who was in the shower with you !!
Mostly about conversations I already had or what I might say to someone in a meeting etc ,
Yes I may have issues !! |

Spend most of my time on my own - maybe that has something to do with it.
A lot of the conversations I have with myself are replays of past ones, but this time saying what I should have said. And I can go back years!! |

Yup speak to myself all the time, thinking out loud or can be anything from list of must do’s, also when watching tv, funny enough if with someone must be silence..
Quite a lot when driving although that’s more shouting at stupid drivers lol |
