Do you ever meet couples and go wha...
Totally mismatched on the attractiveness scale. I know beauty is in the beholder..but IMHO l tend to notice more attractive women with less than attractive men. Is it their BIG personalities..... 🤣 |

Contrary to public opinion, I think women age better than men. Many couples here are together a looong time.
Plus, controversial opinion incoming but the men of couples often don't put as much effort into their appearance as single men for obvs reasons! |

Some couples grow to look like each other over time......a bit like people often resembling their pets....

Anyone I've been in a relationship with, in my eyes, have been insanely attractive, although I'm sure others would argue. It's the sum of all parts.
In fairness it can be hard to find a couple where I'm attracted to both of them. Hard enough to find one let alone two people I'd want to spend time with naked. 🫣

In our culture, women are valued primarily on their appearance, this is a message female humans absorb continuously from their early childhood, the pressure is constant. So it's hardly surprising that women put a lot more time and effort into their physical presentation. Women also have more tools to hand (as a result of the colossal "beauty" industry) with which to enhance their appearance, and are more likely to look after their health as they get older, which almost inevitably impacts looks also. |

I went to primary school with two sisters who even at that age were like little models.
When we were all teenagers they could easily have graced any magazine cover but they had no airs or graces and were very grounded and approachable.
They both married guys who most would have said were definitely punching up.
I worked with the brother of one of the husbands and he told me that they had been neighbours with the girls for years and neither of the sisters had a regular boyfriend because most guys were intimidated by how they looked.
His brother, despite having thick glasses and walking with a limp was confident that he had known them long enough and he just asked one of them out and they are still married 35 years later. |

Controversial! Watch out for the Fab snowflakes backlash lol
Beautify is deffo in the eye of the beholder , you can be so beautiful on the outside and so ugly on the inside.
I’ll take an average gal who’s a good person and genuine any day over a Fab fake |

Calling people snowflakes with no cause in a thread where everyone is being civil is the most controversial post in this thread.

No two snowflakes are the same....
Yet the fab forum variety do tend to contribute to topics with a uniformity of opinion that sometimes defies credulity.
But I suppose its a fact of nature that snowflakes do combine to form a homogenious blanket covering over the undulation of diverse contributions that an open forum normally generates.

The ending of this story is hilarious......thick glasses and a limp. Very funny. Quasimodo comes to mind. |

A lot of people here are talking relationships, but we're on Fab. So I'm talking about that perspective.
I already have a partner who I think is very handsome.
And women definitely gravitate to him. Not cos he has a gym body and muscles, but because he has a cute attractive face, and is very friendly and chatty.
Most people I know are couples, and so it's very common to hear women talking about frustration of seeing gorgeous women, with guys who are not taking great care of themselves in comparison.
Which is disappointing for both of us because no matter what she looks like, we're not playing with them if I can't find him attractive too.
We have no judgement towards those couples, but we're looking to be equally excited to play. I'm here to enjoy meeting people Im attracted to as well, just like he is. I'm not here just to keep husband's busy so my partner can play with her.

Not going to judge who anyone is with as relationships v sexual attraction are different. But this is Fab so yes I don't think many/any couples do or should take one for the team. Communication is key for all parties. If it's a thanks but no thanks that's OK as it should be in reverse. But that's when people fall out. |
