Curious do people track their step count and what is your average. I'm in a sedentary job and conscious that doesn't involve a lot of moving around. I average about 14k with a walk thrown in.

Work in construction , daily count is 20 k average , 3.5 to 4 k calories burnt each day

Days off are generally between 12k and 15k.

I used to hit 25k every day in a previous job and another 40k on weekend walks.

That dropped to 15k when I changed jobs and is now down to less than 10k while the weekend steps rarely go over 20k.
