I've noticed a marked increase lately in couple profiles where states "only male half meeting at the moment " and aswell a few profiles looking for drugs, am I correct in saying these kinds of profiles seem to be on the increase? |

There's only one or two couple profiles I'd really interact with here so no idea on the first bit. I have been thinking lately there's a massive upswing on the drugs request status updates though, yep. |

Drugs are out of control in society in general and fab is just a small section of it. As for the "couples" where only the male is available that's something that's been around for years as far back as I can remember on here (well over a decade at least) |

You are correct OP. The amount of people looking for drugs is def on increase.
Also as you say seems to be increase in chats with "couple" but when trying to arrange a meet all of asudden female no longer playing. |

We have never smoked or done any drugs of any sorts in this house so don't see the appeal of drugs atal atal, but yes agreed with many it's a common theme in modern society, such a pity it's taken over a place like fab and that people see it as a part of having the fun they like, each to their own. |

I absolutely hate drugs, I'm a former addict. I suffered my mental health issues and used drugs to escape. I'm 14 years clean both it nearly cost me everything. Drugs are unfortunately rampant in society now, and I genuinely don't see anyway to remedy it. |

Those profiles are perhaps where the female doesn't exist or maybe did play at some stage ,jas left the scene but partner is still here without her knowledge .As for the drugs,its everywhere and best to just avoid those profiles ! |

As I said in another thread recently, in all the years I've been here I've never once been asked for or offered drugs, money or favours.
I could probably count on the fingers of one hand the number of profiles I've seen asking in a status or on their profile so if there is an increase I'm not aware of it.
The only one that comes to mind was a woman who claimed to be permanently bedridden and every day had a new status offering her address to anyone willing to bring her alcohol but that was years ago. |

Drugs are a scourge in all walks of life atm, they have infiltrated all levels of society and not many are batting an eyelid at it, drugs now is as common as alcohol, mental health services are overwhelmed because of it |

Not in regards to meeting them but I've been told here and elsewhere that either I need to lighten up and live a little or I need to accept that they don't give a flying fuck what others think of them and their family using because it's been a way of life for them at home since they were young.
The mad thing I've found is that these aren't people sleeping rough on the streets either but from highly respected and wealthy families who look down on those who don't indulge. |

I don't no if I'm the only one I hope I'm not, but iv never bothered with drugs, iv never needed to I'd be loose enough without them. But at 34 part of me wonders am I missing out on something as it seems to be the rage amongst all the youth and even a fair selection of people older then me. Am I living in the dark ages I wonder?  |

My thinking about it being more a mainstream activity in youth, is because its cheaper to drop a tab and have a night on that than spend money on overpriced, over-iced 12€ drinks. I'm not condoning it, just facts. Some, just prefer that buzz than the buzz from alcohol.
If you can have a great night and never felt the need to try it why bother.
Smoking, snorting and dropping was just as prevalent in my younger carefree days but mostly it was herbs and tripping that I remember being popular.
Overly d*unk people are just as nauseating as people talking a mile a minute and gurning on one. I'm stage left, I can't bare d*unk or strung out fabbers. I don't know anything about kem sex to comment on it.

If someone stated on profile they were 4420 friendly etc it would put us off, and if we met someone socially and they leaked of smoke or it would put us off, that said we don't judge people on their lifestyles it's just not compatible with ours. |
