If you know your friends email, set up a fake email and send her an email warning her that her images are being used, you remain anonymous and your friend rightly knows some scumbag is using her images. |

I wouldn't do anything else apart from reporting the account and getting it closed down
If it's only face pictures you'll leave her wondering and afraid of something that she has no control over
She'll never know who put the pictures up and will always wonder who she can trust
It could be just some randomer person she doesn't even know
If she also gets an anonymous email it will mean she's worried about 2 people
She doesn't need to know about the site

If the fake profile is just using her pictures but not impersonating her directly (e.g., different name, vague details), the harm might be minimal. However, if they’re pretending to be her and interacting with people as her, that’s more serious.
Also, if she found out you knew about it she would be upset.
Make a throw away social media/email account and tell her, else post her the details and sign it anonymously stating you are a trusted friend. Hopefully the will take the edge of it and not freak her out too much.
