I'm bias against France due to the Henry incident and refuse to go there.
The Nordics are stunning but 12 euro plus a pint so fuck that noise

Bilbao. Beautiful city and you can walk it all. Fantastic architecture and museums and the old town is full of bars and restaurants.
Geneva. Bustling city with lots to see and do and the hotels give you a travel pass which allowed free transport on the trams, buses and water taxis |
