The Next President?
Jump to: Newest in thread
I haven't a clue yet who'll run or be put forward by the parties but it's a sad state of affairs when Bertie is one of the favorites
McGregor won't get on the ballot paper even though he thinks he will the prick
Off the top of my head I'd like Graham Norton to retire from the UK and stand for it.....think he has the personality |

Frances Fitzgerald, Colm O’Gorman and Róisín Shortall are expected to be in the game as well apparently.
Can we not just have Mary Robinson or Mary McAleese back…two exceptional women that we were, and still are, lucky to have represent us. |

"I have a bad feeling it will be Bertie or someone from FG past"
FG have never managed to win a presidential election yet and I can't see them winning this one either unless they put forward a non party candidate. |

Rosin...
I personally would make a great President....
Ive negotiating skills.... group fun takes some organisational and negotiation
Social skills... Fab and Fet events are great for meeting all sorts...
And I'm tough... imagine a Mistress whispering in Trumpies ear....Come here big boy, let me introduce you to Peggysue...
Vote No1 please |

"I think McGregor is vying for it based on his recent posts, Bertie definitely going forward and I'd say Sinn Féin will look to push Mary Lou for it. They want her out as leader. "
There’s no way he will get on the ballot? Sure he hasn’t a clue what the job involves! |

"I would say Maria’s McGuinnes is front runner and Francis Fitzgerald is high up there too , I think if Sinn Féin put in Jarleth Burns he would do well. "
If either of the ladies run I’d actually not be opposed! Bertie has always earmarked it … it won’t shock me if he’s on the ballot |

Getting nominations will be his biggest problem. |

McGregor wouldn't even make it onto the ballot. The yanks think he will be the next President but they once show they haven't a clue about other countries |

Don't forget the grilling from the media that happened during the last presidential election fourteen years ago. That will be more intense if some of those mentioned here try to stick their heads above the parapet . Talk about skeletons in closets! |
