I sometimes really fancy guys in their 30's but can't match their physical energy  so Ive stopped myself going there lately. It's a torment. How do I cope with this dilemma! |

I'm a man in my 30s and I've a terrible lack of physical energy lately. So much so, there might be an awful risk of women my own age tiring me out. So I reckon maybe women approaching their 50s might suit me better... what do you reckon  |

Age is only a number, some older gentle men I've been with. Jave had more stamina than guys half their age.
I would say go to the doctor maybe get your bloods done, you could be lacking in energy as you're deficient in something.
Stress and diet can play a big part in this too.
