Helping a friend move into a Nursing home for some respite since Monday
A nurse said no him do you want to go to the singing this afternoon
I walked him down to it and we say about 30 people in wheelchairs singing along to a bloke in his 80's
He was singing all the classic greats but since Monday all I can hear in my head is the one he was singing when I left the nursing home
Tie a yellow ribbon around the old oak tree ..... |
