Can I recommend a 90 degree change here.
I have been with some women who had a similar sensitivity feature (I don't believe it should be referred to as a problem/ issue as it's just how the DNA landed for you and there shouldn't be any negativity in regards to this)
Anyway, I found that approaching the vulva from the side changed things considerably for these women. Instead of circling/up & down motion, which regularly contacted the clitoris in the usual position, the sideways position meant it was over the hood of the clit, rather than directly on it.
