Venue suggestons for small gatherings?

Are there any suitable Airbnb type properties in the Dublin area which would be suitable for a party of about 20 fabbers? Unmonitored access, maybe 5 bedrooms, a hot tub would be top of the wishlist too

Has anybody used such a property, if so would we'd love to hear about it.

I have used one or two just like ur looking for just not in Dublin u wouldnt get many in Dublin with hot tub
